Which Caliper Option Do I Need?
The Surron Ultra Bee foot brake kit adds a foot brake and keeps your stock hand brake, so you get the dirt bike foot control without losing the lever. It ships pre-bled and fits every Ultra Bee year. Bolt it on and ride.
What's in the box?
- 1 foot brake bracket, lever, and peg
- 1 foot brake lever spring
- 1 pre-bled brake assembly: your choice of caliper with a FactoryZ steel-braided brake line to an HSK master cylinder, filled with Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid
- 1 dual caliper bracket
- All mounting hardware
Specs:
- Pre-bled with Motul DOT 5.1 - bled at the FactoryZ warehouse, no bleeding at install.
- Dual caliper setup - the stock hand brake caliper and the foot brake caliper share the rear, two independent controls.
- 6061-T6 aluminum foot brake bracket, lever, and peg - black or silver.
- 6061-T6 aluminum dual caliper bracket - black or silver, finish picked separately from the foot brake.
- Ultra Bee Custom caliper - green FactoryZ caliper, same design as the 2023 and 2024 Ultra Bee caliper without the logo.
- OEM Surron Brand caliper - green, genuine Surron part with a slightly larger body.
- HSK master cylinder - M10 x 1.25 banjo, sold on its own as the Surron Ultra Bee Foot Brake Master Cylinder.
- Custom FactoryZ steel-braided brake line - cut to length for the Ultra Bee.

Will this foot brake kit fit my Surron Ultra Bee?
Yes. It fits all years of the Surron Ultra Bee, and every part and bolt needed for the install is in the box.
Do I keep my hand brake?
Yes. The dual caliper bracket holds your stock caliper and the foot brake caliper on the rear, so the hand lever and the foot brake work independently. Want the foot brake only, on your stock caliper? Get the Surron Ultra Bee Foot Brake Mount Bracket.
Is it pre-bled and ready to ride?
Yes. We bleed every kit at the FactoryZ warehouse with Motul DOT 5.1. Bolt it on, check the lever feel, and ride.
Ultra Bee Custom or OEM Surron caliper?
Both are green and both are direct-fit. Same metal, seals, and pistons, and they perform the same. The Ultra Bee Custom caliper is $90 less. The OEM Surron Brand caliper carries genuine Surron branding and a slightly larger body.
Is the kit cheaper than buying the parts?
Yes. With the Ultra Bee Custom caliper, the kit is $384.99 for parts that run $486.99 bought separately, a $102 saving. With the OEM Surron Brand caliper, it is $474.99 against $521.99, a $47 saving. Both kits also arrive bled.
Does it use a bigger rotor?

Works sooo well, strong brakes and steady. Should come with a better mechanism to hold the plunger with the brake lever, it could easily disconnect and fall off.

the original footbrakes were pretty bad. these are 10X batter. no more lever hitting on the peg bracket. lever has full range of motion. so glad this came out i was about sick of the original foot brake and i hate hand brakes
it feels more like my enduro bike now with the foot brake
footbrake is a beast though. much comfier for the enduro riding we do up in the rockys
