Tuttio Brakes

Tuttio Soleil 01 Brakes Built to Stop Harder

Stock Tuttio brakes weren't built for how you ride. This is where you fix that. Every Tuttio brake upgrade we build for the Soleil 01 lives here hand brake kits, foot brake kits, caliper brackets, and the calipers to run them. Bolt-on hardware. No fabrication. No guesswork.

Hand Brake Kit vs Foot Brake Kit

Two ways to upgrade your Tuttio brakes. The [Hand Brake Kit] runs a single caliper bracket and keeps everything at the bar cleaner lever feel, more bite. The [Foot Brake Kit] moves your rear brake to a pedal and frees your left hand, with an optional dual caliper bracket when you want maximum stopping power front and rear. Run one. Run both.

Caliper Brackets, Sold Separately

Already have a caliper? Run just the bracket. The [Single Caliper Bracket] and [Dual Caliper Bracket] are available on their own CNC-machined, finished in black or silver, ready to bolt to your Soleil 01.

OEM Ultra Bee or Custom FactoryZ

Every kit ships your way. Choose an OEM Ultra Bee caliper assembly for a direct, proven setup, or the Custom FactoryZ assembly when you want the look dialed in. Black or silver. Your call.

Fits the Tuttio Soleil 01

Designed and tested on the Tuttio Soleil 01. Factory mounting points, direct fitment, no modification. Brake levers and pads are next. See all Soleil 01 upgrades →

Tuttio Brakes FAQ

How do I bleed Tuttio brakes?

Bleed from the caliper up to the master cylinder, using the fluid your master cylinder calls for (typically DOT for these systems). Pump, hold, crack the bleeder, close, release repeat until the line runs clear of air and the lever or pedal goes firm.

Do I need the dual caliper bracket?

Only if you're running two calipers. The single bracket covers most setups; go dual for maximum bite or a second rotor.

Hand brake or foot brake?

Foot brake puts your rear brake on a pedal and frees your left hand closest to a traditional dirt bike. Hand brake keeps everything at the bars. Plenty of riders run both.
