Surron brake rotors

240mm Brake Rotor: 240mm x 3.5mm, floating or fixed. The rotor the Ultra Bee brake kits run on the Light Bee, Talaria and Eride Pro.

220mm Brake Rotor Upgrade: 220mm x 2.3mm for the Light Bee, Eride Pro S, Eride Pro SS 2.0 and Talaria X3, MX3 and MX4. Pair it with the Surron 220 Caliper Spacer Kit so the caliper sits right on the larger disc.

Surron Ultra Bee Brake Rotor 270mm: floating or solid, for the Surron Ultra Bee.

E-moto Rear Rotor Bolts, Low Profile: stock rotor bolts stick out far enough to rub an upgraded rotor. These sit lower.

Calipers, assemblies and master cylinders

Surron Ultra Bee Rear Brake Caliper OEM: the factory rear caliper. Fits the Surron Ultra Bee and replaces a worn caliper on an Ultra Bee brake kit.

Surron Ultra Bee Brake Assembly Rear and Front: OEM master cylinder, line and caliper as one unit for the Surron Ultra Bee.

Pre-Bled Surron Foot Brake Assembly: master cylinder, steel braided line and caliper from our foot brake kits, filled with Motul DOT 5.1 before it ships.

Master cylinders: the Surron Ultra Bee Rear Master Cylinder and Front Master Cylinder for the bar, plus the YZ250 Foot Brake Master Cylinder and HSK Foot Brake Master Cylinder for foot brakes.

Caliper mounts

A caliper mount, or caliper bracket, holds the caliper to the frame or fork at the right distance from the rotor.

Brake lines and fittings

Ultra Bee Brake Line: stainless steel braided, for the Surron Ultra Bee and Ultra Bee brake kits on the Light Bee, Talaria and Eride Pro. Surron Light Bee Foot Brake Line: 4mm braided hose with M10 and M6 banjo ends. Finish the circuit with the M10 x 1.25 Titanium Banjo Bolt and the M10 Copper Crush Washer Kit, four washers for two calipers.

Bleeding and caliper service

Ultra Bee Brake Bleed Kit: one-way check valve, fits any caliper with an M8 bleeder screw. Run it with Motul DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid, 500ml. The Ultra Bee Caliper Rebuild Kit replaces every wear part in one caliper, front or rear, and the Ultra Bee Caliper Hardware Kit covers the slider poles and rubber sliders. Which brake pads fit my bike?

Match the pads to the caliper. Stock Light Bee, Talaria X3, MX3, MX4, Eride Pro S and SS 2.0 calipers take the Surron Brake Pads. The Eride Pro SR, SS 3.0 and Talaria MX5 have their own pads. The Surron Ultra Bee and any bike with an Ultra Bee brake kit take the Ultra Bee Brake Pads. Hope Tech calipers take the Hope Tech pads.

Do Light Bee brake parts fit the Surron LB2?

No. Parts listed for the Surron Light Bee do not fit the Surron LB2. The LB2 is a new frame and a new design, not a Light Bee variant. Check each listing for LB2 fitment.

Should I buy a kit or the parts?

Buy a kit to convert a bike. It ships complete and pre-bled. Buy parts to replace one worn or damaged piece, or to build a setup of your own.

Which rotor size do I need?

The Ultra Bee brake kits for the Light Bee, Talaria and Eride Pro run the 240mm rotor. Keeping the stock caliper? The 220mm rotor with the spacer kit fits. The Surron Ultra Bee runs the 270mm rotor.

What does a dual caliper mount do?

It holds two calipers on one rotor so you can run a foot brake and a hand brake at the same time. It adds a second control, not more clamping force.
