FactoryZ is a registered business operating out of a 6,000 sq ft warehouse in Wisconsin. Product is stocked, packed, and shipped from that building, not drop-shipped. We have shipped over 9,000 orders to riders across the US and abroad, and every one of those orders had a real person and a real tracking number behind it.

  • Stopping power. Most reviews on the Moto Brake and Big Brake Kits mention the jump over stock brakes as the first thing they noticed.
  • Pre-bled and ready to bolt on. Caliper Assemblies ship bled, so the install is mostly mechanical. Reviews regularly call out install time in the 20 to 45 minute range.
  • Packaging. Kits arrive boxed with hardware bagged and labeled.
  • Fitment questions get a real answer. Support is handled by people who ride these bikes.

What went wrong, and what changed

Straight answer

We are not going to pretend every order has been perfect. Some reviews and older forum posts describe slow processing, slow replies, or a refund that took too long. Most of those date back to 2023 and 2024, when FactoryZ was a very small operation building pre-bled kits to order and running support out of a phone. That was a real problem and those riders were right to be frustrated.

Here is what changed since then:

  • In-stock parts ship from our Wisconsin warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Support runs through a ticket system with a dedicated support team, so nothing sits in a DM folder.
  • Returns and warranty claims follow a written Warranty Policy instead of a case by case judgment call.
  • Every order gets a tracking link you can check on the Track Your Order page.

In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Most US orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days after that depending on the carrier. Pre-order and backordered items show an estimated ship date on the product page.
Where does FactoryZ ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Wisconsin. Ships from USA!
What if a part does not fit my bike?
Check the fitment list on the product page before ordering, and if you are unsure, contact us with your bike model and year and we will confirm. If a part arrives and does not fit as described, our Warranty Policy covers the exchange.
Can I leave a review?
If you ordered from FactoryZ, you will get a review request by email after delivery. You can also leave one directly on the product page for the part you bought. Good, bad, or in between, we read all of them.
