About FactoryZ
FactoryZ builds Ultra Bee Brake Kits, foot brake kits, Shift Lock kits, rotors and pads for Surron, Talaria, Eride Pro, Stark Varg and Tuttio e-motos. Everything ships from our 6,500 sq ft shop in Bloomer, Wisconsin.
How it started
FactoryZ started in 2023 with custom subframe options for the Surron Light Bee. The Light Bee Seat Conversion Kit, which puts the long Ultra Bee seat on a Light Bee, became the part everyone wanted. Brakes came next. Brakes are now most of what we do.
How parts get tested
We keep around 30 shop bikes: Surron Light Bee, Hyper Bee and Ultra Bee. Talaria X3 and MX3. Eride Pro Mini and Eride Pro SR. Stark Varg EX. Throne SRPNT X3 and SRPNT X8. Strike Shadow 72V, 2025 and 2026. ETM RTR. Tuttio Soleil 01. A kit gets bolted on and ridden here before it goes in the catalog, so the fitment on the product page comes from the bike, not a spec sheet.
