Surron Ultra Bee 240mm Rotor by Nibbi Racing
Couldn't load pickup availability
This Ultra Bee 240mm rotor is a solid 420 stainless steel replacement for the stock rotor, made by Nibbi Racing. It bolts to your stock hub, caliper, and bracket on the front or rear wheel of the Surron Ultra Bee, SRPNT X8, and SRPNT Z27. Same 240mm diameter as stock, 0.5mm thicker.
Specs:
- 240mm outer diameter - matches the stock rotor, so your stock caliper and bracket line up with no spacers.
- 3.5mm thick vs 3mm stock - more material to wear through before the next replacement.
- 420 stainless steel - resists wear, heat, and corrosion through mud, water, and dust.
- Solid one-piece design - no floating buttons or carrier to wear or loosen. Inspection is a look at the disc.
- Front or rear - one part covers either wheel.
- Rotor only - reuses your stock rotor bolts.
Fits these models:
- Surron Ultra Bee (all years)
- SRPNT X8
- SRPNT Z27
Does NOT fit: Surron Light Bee, Surron LB2, Surron Hyper Bee, Talaria X3, Talaria MX3, Talaria MX4, Talaria MX5. Light Bee and Talaria riders, see our 240mm Moto Brake rotor.
Ultra Bee 240mm Rotor FAQ
Will this fit my bike?
It fits every year of the Surron Ultra Bee, plus the SRPNT X8 and SRPNT Z27. It does not fit the Light Bee, LB2, Hyper Bee, or any Talaria. Those bikes run a different rotor mount.
Does it go on the front or the rear?
Either one. The stock front and rear rotors on the Ultra Bee are both 240mm, so this one part covers both wheels. Order two to replace both.
How does it compare to the stock rotor?
Same 240mm diameter, so it drops into the stock caliper and bracket with no spacers or adapters. It runs 3.5mm thick against the 3mm stock rotor, which leaves more material before it wears to its limit.
Do I need any other parts?
No. It reuses your stock rotor bolts, so inspect them and replace any that are damaged or worn. A new rotor is the right time for fresh Ultra Bee brake pads.
Why a solid rotor instead of floating?
A solid one-piece rotor has fewer moving parts than a floating rotor. Brake feel stays firm and predictable, and there is nothing to service but the braking surface. For more diameter, see the 270mm Ultra Bee rotor.
How hard is the install?
Pull the wheel, back the stock rotor bolts out in a diagonal pattern, and clean the hub mounting surface. Mount the new rotor with its markings facing out and torque the bolts to factory spec. No cutting or fabrication. Go easy on the brakes for the first 125 miles while pads and rotor bed in.
Who makes this rotor?
Nibbi Racing manufactures it. FactoryZ stocks it and ships it alongside the rest of our Ultra Bee brake parts.
