came with a crack on the casing

I needed a new throttle for my son's Talaria so I went o Amazon to order one. It arrived a few days later and was cheap plastic garbage so I sent it back. Then I saw that Factory Z had one but I was worried that i would get the same crap that I got from Amazon. I texted the number to make sure they had it in stock and they replied right away. I ordered the part and arrived just a few days later. It looks and feels as good or better than the original Talaria throttle. Very happy with quality of part and service received from Factory Z.
