Install Guide
-
Remove the wheel.
-
Warm each rotor bolt just enough to soften thread locker.
-
Remove bolts and lift the old rotor away.
-
Apply a light bead of blue thread locker to clean bolts.
-
Seat the new rotor and hand snug all bolts in a star pattern.
-
Torque each bolt to spec with a torque wrench.
-
Refit the wheel and spin to confirm clearance.
-
Install fresh pads and bed everything in with slow controlled stops.

Q: Does this fit the Ultra Bee
A: No. This version is for the Surron Light Bee.
Q: Will it rub in an MTB style caliper
A: Most modern calipers accept 2.3 millimeter rotors. Center your caliper and verify clearance.
Q: Do I need new pads
A: Highly recommended. New pads plus a proper bed in gives the strongest bite and least noise.
Q: What direction should the flame face
A: Look for the text lasered onto the rotor, the text should be facing you when you mount the rotor
