The Surron shock cover wraps your shock shaft in 4mm neoprene and keeps rocks, mud, and trail grit off the one surface you cannot afford to score. It is cut for a 265mm shock, which covers every bike in the list below. The split back means it goes on with the shock still bolted in.

Surron Shock Cover FAQ

Will this fit my bike?

It fits any bike on the list above, all of which run a 265mm shock. Measure yours if you are unsure, or if you have swapped in an aftermarket shock. If the number does not come out to 265mm, this is not the right cover.

Do I need to take the shock off to install it?

No. The back is split and closes with Velcro, so it wraps around the shock while it is still bolted in the frame. No tools, nothing to disassemble.

Will dirt still get in behind it?

The elastic at the top and bottom pulls the cover tight against the shock body, which is what keeps grit from working its way underneath. The neoprene handles what comes at it from the outside. After a muddy ride, peel it off and rinse it out.

What if my shock is not 265mm?

Then this is the wrong size. It is cut to one length with no adjustment, so anything other than a 265mm shock will not sit right on the shaft.

Does it fit every Talaria?

It fits the X3, MX3, MX4, and MX5. Those are two different classes of bike, but they share the shock length this cover is cut for.

How do I clean it?

Rinse it with water and let it air dry before it goes back on. Skip the solvents and keep the pressure washer off it.
