Why Upgrade To Moto Brake Setup?
Our 240mm x 3.5mm rotor compared to stock 203mm x 1.8mm rotors offer more pad surface area. The larger diameter created a stronger braking force, and the added thickness gives the rotor better heat dissipation.
Why are Moto Brake superior to MTB brakes?
Moto brakes use 300% larger brake pads offering much more pad contact. As well as the larger pistons inside the caliper itself allowing a Huge improvement in braking power & heat dissipation.

Walker, a 240mm rotor should measure 240mm, no argument. If yours came in over, we either sent the wrong size or something got past us, and either way that's ours to fix. Send a caliper shot of the outer diameter through your order email and the correct rotor goes out same day, you can keep the other one.
