30-minute driveway install

Prop bike, remove wheel & stock fork.
Lightly grease headset bearings.
Slide AHX12RV 3.0 into the head-tube (or into the DropCrown clamp), torque stem bolts to 9 Nm.
Mount caliper (reuse OEM or upgrade rotor), reinstall wheel, torque axle to 9 Nm..
Set sag to 25-30 %, adjust rebound first, then LS, then HS compression.

No cutting, bleeding or exotic tools required, just bolt on and ride.
